Farming type

Biodynamic certificated.

Terroir

Clay-limestone. Exposed South on 300m of altitude.

Winemaking

Manuel harvest. The grapes are transported to the winery in small 20 kg crates in order to maintain optimum quality. Gravity vatting without pump.
Maceration for 2 days for the Grenache (bleeding juice) and direct pressing for the Syrah. 100% indigenous yeasts. Natural fermentation for 8 months in stainless steel vats, without fining or sulphiting. Sulphiting 1 g / hl before bottling is really nothing (Chemical Vineyard = 50 to 100 g / hl).

Tasting

Great...Very great Lady!
Far from the standards of Provence, the Silice cuvée combines power and softness. Coated with a beautiful pink coral robe, very bright with garnet-like reflections, the nose releases red fruit flavors, embellished with spice, licorice and orange infusion. These impressions are found in an ample, powerful, rich mouth, dominated by the fruity aromas supported by tannins present but fine and a pleasant acidity fresh.
