Winemaking

Manuel harvest. The grapes are transported to the winery in small 20 kg crates in order to maintain optimum quality. Gravity vatting without pump, 80% de-stemmed. 36 hours of fermentation, no sulphiting, no pressing, natural fermentation. 24 months in demi-muids of 600 litres, no racking. New barrels specifically selected from the oak trees of the Troncet forest.

Tasting

A work of art!
We touch on high precision. A vintage produced only in great vintages. His name fits him like a glove, we find the virtues of François who put all his guts and his heart to produce a wine of high aerobatics. Almonds and dried fruits on the nose, apricot and honeysuckle in the mouth, it is long, very long. Congratulations to this artist from the land who is Mr. François Miglio.
