Manuel harvest. The grapes are gently whole-cluster pressed. In barrels, the must undergoes a slow and gentle fermentation by indigenous yeast strains to enhance the aromatic qualities and rich texture. The Malo-lactic fermentation is natural and the wine remains on its fine lees to preserve all the aromas during 20 months in oak barrels.
Drink and dream !
Nose on aromas of white flowers (honeysuckle, acacia) and yellow fruits, with mineral notes. On the palate, the balance is perfect between maturity and freshness. The expression of a great natural wine !
