Clay-limestone. Exposed South on 300m of altitude
Manual harvest 100% destemming. The grapes are transported to the winery in small 20 kg crates to ensure optimum quality. Gravity vatting without pump. Vatting time of 29 days, blend of grenache and syrah which ferment together. Natural fermentation with an ageing period of 12 months in 42 Hl vats, followed by 24 months in 225l new oak barrels.

Very rare wine, only produced every two or three years.
Exotically perfumed, there's lots of complexity, subtlety and elegance, mixed with aroma of cassis very intense to start. A supple, concentrated palate of dark chocolate, spicy (cloves), with beutiful tannins suppleness and finesse very well integrated to new oak barrels. Long and looking fantastic for its age. It will enchant you quickly.
