Winemaking

Manuel harvest. Limited yields and a strict selection of grapes thus promote quality. Manuel-picked harvest at the highest maturity of the grapes, followed by a long and careful vinification and a maturation of 11 to 14 months in French oak barrels (30% new).

Tasting

A Nobel prize of love!
Falfas distinguishes itself from its neighbors by a superior sincerity and an aromatic expression. The nose is rich in freshness and potency combined with subtle notes such as blackcurrant, blackberry, cocoa or licorice. The mouth is more supple. The freshness is always present mixed with tannins very balanced with a fruity and slightly acidulous end.
