A great privilege !
Very fine bubbles and delicate cordon. Perfume of honey and pastries supported by subtle notes of raosted coffe, tobacco and cocoa, result of 10 years of aging on less with cork. A nose of white fruit compote and candied black fruit.
Deep and dense mouth anhanced by the light minerality of soil. Delicate spice flavors thanks to the wine in oak barrels.

Pinot Noir 35%, Chardonnay 25%, Pinot Blanc 28%, Pinot Meunier 12%.
