The Wine remained on its fine lees, finished malo-lactic conversion and has been aged 14 months before it was estate bottled.

Tasting

Young and daring!
This white Burgundy "Chardonnay" offers all the characteristics of the great white wines of Burgundy, even if it is a regional appellation.
Fine and opulent, it offers a beautiful roundness and its persistence is particularly remarkable. Straightforward and clean, we can find notes of citrus fruits.
Its careful ageing in oak barrels gives it extra body and a discreet vanilla flavour that is extremely pleasant.
This pleasant, gourmet Burgundy offers excellent value for money! "
