Manuel harvest. The fermentation lasted all winter with a breeding on lees until summer. Aging in stainless steel tanks. Bottling followed in September.

Nose wall opening on mineral and sandy mineral keys. This rich wine has aromas of eucalyptus, peppermint and bitter orange. It is a farandole of fruits. These fruits burst in the mouth in a divine harmony, resulting from the balance between matter and acidity. Its mature and mellow acidity, gives pleasure.
