Winemaking

Manuel harvest. The grapes are gently whole-cluster pressed. In barrels, the must undergoes a slow and gentle fermentation by indigenous yeast strains to enhance the aromatic qualities and rich texture. The Malo-lactic fermentation is natural and the wine remains on its fine lees to preserve all the aromas during 20 months in oak barrels.

Tasting

Majestic and excellent !
After decanting, it’s a white wine of precision on a scent of honey blossom persuasion. The clear, spicy entry flows into the energetic, rich mid-palate. The taste of lemongrass and wildflower honey balances the rocky mineral passion core. The wine has a ravishing depth of character that ends with an elegant twist. A fantastic white!
