Manuel harvest. The fermentation lasted all winter with a aging on lees until summer. Bottling followed in May.

Great in richness, this Pinot-Gris is powerful and heady, this wine is dominated by notes of pear and apple enhancing a supple and rich body. He develops an opulent body at the limit of softness. A very nice balance.
