The wine was entirely vinified and matured for 8 months in stainless steel vats in order to keep a nice freshness.
On the nose, the wine reveals superb notes of dried apricots, hay and a very light touch of butterscotch. Exotic and all in finesse which is not an easy task in this sector. Here is a viognier of great finesse that rivals on the nose with a Condrieu.
On the palate, the attack is ample and rich as one would expect.
The acidity preserved thanks to the stainless steel maturation allows to balance the wine by bringing freshness.
A charismatic and serious Viognier with a wine made using biodynamic methods. Nice for the price!
