Tasting

The « hill of angels »!
The Engelberg produces fine wines, lace wines that play on the register of finesse without ever becoming evanescent. It gives the impression of crunching grapes filled with perfumes and sugar that explode on the palate, with a note of spring freshness. As you get older, the mineral power of the terroir manifests itself but always with great finesse and beautiful bitter finishes. A unique quintessence!
