Winemaking

Manuel harvest. The grapes are gently whole-cluster pressed. In barrels, the must undergoes a slow and gentle fermentation by indigenous yeast strains to enhance the aromatic qualities and rich texture. The Malo-lactic fermentation is natural and the wine remains on its fine lees to preserve all the aromas during 20 months in oak barrels.

Tasting

The Sun King !
A beautiful Pouilly-Fuissé that presents itself in a most interesting light: fine, elegant, with notes of white flowers and exotic fruits. A fresh and powerful cuvée, also provided with a very good minerality and a great finesse on notes of apricot, peach, kiwi and melon. Your evenings will announce long and beautiful!
